Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, custom products, and intimate items for health/hygiene reasons.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at help@avafitnesslife.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as the return address will depend on the supplier's policy.
- Supplier Evaluation: Our return policy is based on the policies of our suppliers. Once we receive your return request, we will coordinate with the supplier to confirm eligibility and provide the appropriate return address and further instructions.
- Return Shipping: Depending on the supplier’s policy, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing Returns and Refunds:
- After the supplier receives and inspects the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account once it is processed.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@avafitnesslife.com.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Depending on the supplier’s policy, a restocking fee may be charged for returned items. We will inform you if this fee applies once we receive your return request.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

Final Sale Items: Certain products are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at help@avafitnesslife.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
