Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery in such cases. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (US Domestic): 3-4 business days
- Economy Shipping (US Domestic): 5-8 business days (available only with free shipping)
Shipping from Overseas
For orders originating from overseas suppliers, please allow for longer transit times due to factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, and international shipping logistics. On average, you can expect your products to arrive within 7 to 15 days after processing.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (Contiguous US): $7.99
- Standard Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories): $10.99
- Economy Shipping (Contiguous US): Free for orders over $30
- Economy Shipping (Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories): Free for orders over $50
Shipping Areas
Currently, we only ship domestically within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Through Suppliers
Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers and shipping partners. This means that your order may be shipped from different locations and arrive in multiple packages. We ensure that our suppliers handle your products with care to avoid damage during transit. Our shipping policies are based on the policies of our suppliers.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at help@avafitnesslife.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
